What is 4G LTE ?
When we talk about internet connection speed, we cannot forget about 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 4G LTE genarations. The popular genaration amoung those now is 4G LTE. LTE means, Long Term Evolution version. But This 4G LTE genaration will be end of the era because 5G technology will be launch in 2020.
What is 5G Technology ?
5G technology is reported that the internet has a connection speed of over 40 times faster than the 4G LTE. The reason for this is that they use waves of different regions of the spectrum. This includes a large number of radio data (mmWave Radio Spectrum) that can be moved within a short distance. However, one of the issues of high frequency waves is that it can be more easily stagnant due to climatic conditions and elevated buildings.
In addition, some of the most important technologies used in the 5G are small cells, massive MIMO, Beam-forming, and Beam-tracking.
- Small cells – portable base stations that operate in low-volume capacity. It is easy to find that this technology can be given to customers by setting up small cages and installing devices in different cities.
- Massive MIMO – This lets you communicate with a vast array of devices simultaneously. For the current 5G antenna, it’s possible to work around an estimated 100,000 devices simultaneously. The 4G antenna can only work together like the 100-200 devices at the same time.
- Beam-tracking – If any device that has a 5G got anywhere from somewhere else, it can track and signal the device
- Beam-forming – This only happens if there are more than 5G users in a particular area, sending more than 5G signals to the area. This makes it easier for people using internet services to get a really good speed. If users of all Internet services in the region are nearly identical to each other, they are signaling a similar signal.
With the next year, 5G technology will bring us with high download speeds and low latency with various companies and clients. Already, Samsung, Verizon, and Ericsson are currently conducting research on signal processing, chips, and antenna technologies that are suitable for the high-end 5G technology. However, as soon as 5G comes into use, we will not be able to get out of the 4G and 4G LTE technologies. Because existing devices are not built according to 5G technology. But with time, 5G technology will only last.
